Property was a bit hard to find initially. There was no street in front of the hotel so you have to get dropped off at the nearest side street and you have to walk down a few blocks to find the hotel. We didn’t mind as the hotel was centrally located and amenities were fine. Staff were also great.

Great visit
The hotel is situated very conveniently in Old Town, very close to Market Square (but not so close to have the noise). The room size was generous, beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff service during breakfast was friendly and efficient and the food quite good. The front desk staff was our only so-so experience as they ranged from not very helpful to extremely helpful. Blazej was extraordinarily helpful and prompt in responding to emails leading up to our visit (first time to Poland) and helped plan some great and unique tours and restaurants for dinner. I’d highly recommend this hotel!

Two nites in Krakow
A wonderful stay our first time in Krakow. Simply cannot beat the location and splendor of this hotel - right in the middle of all the Old Town action. Gorgeous room. I wish we had a view (not a big deal as location is in the heart of old town). So pleased we picked this hotel. Only point of concern on our family stay was that the sofa bed is not so comfortable (mattress too thin). I recommend a thicker mattress.

A quiet retreat in an active city
This hotel is a real gem. It is a short walk from the old town city center which was bustling with restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. But once we were done with that, it was blissfully quiet and comfortable for a great night of sleep.

Thank you to all the Staff for such a beautiful stay. The location was perfect. The hotel was beautiful especially the indoor pool and amenities. It was a great location to the town square and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was Amazing and Natalie was an excellent server. Also, Simon was Very Helpful with my car situation . Would Definitely recommend this Hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Nice, but very busy neighborhood
Pros: location - heart of Old town; staff helpful and efficient ; very clean; nice breakfast. Cons: location again - the street and the area around the hotel are flooded with hordes of tourists during the day and drunkards at night; room quite small, barely enough room for 2 suitcases; budget furniture in the room.

Beautiful hotel and great location. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work it was in the high 70s in our room. I kept asking about it every day of our 5 day stay. nothing was done. They didn’t offer a different room. First day they didn’t even have a fan. They gave us a fan the next day which did not make a difference. It was hard during a heatwave Otherwise we loved the room. Loved the pool and sauna
