Aside from reception staff who were (mostly) helpful and friendly, the service was terrible (restaurant staff very rude) the restaurant food was tasteless and breakfast options were poor. We stayed in a deluxe room which was far from deluxe. Missold on the “free minibar” which had only 4 small mixers and tap water, coffee and tea facilities were poor with only one coffee pod, one packet of sugar, and one (herbal) tea bag supplied each - which was not restocked unless requested. The facilities were not great - there were badly damaged walls and furniture in the room and hallways, and an awful buzzing sound coming from a vent. No bedside lights or desk lights and room very dark even with all lighting switched on. Poor quality toiletries - the handwash caused our skin to dry out, the dressing gowns were old, ripped and didn’t match. Towels were old, thin, stained and had holes/frays. Mattress was very old it had deep dips from where others have slept. And the technology was a gimmick with everything including lights operated via a phone which constantly crashed, the blinds also opened without warning creating a privacy issue. TV had only Polish channels and restricted volume very low meant we could not hear it. The only positive to this hotel was the jacuzzi on the roof, but honestly not worth staying here for.
