A lovely hotel in a great location.

This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location. It is just a few minutes walk from the train station which is on a direct line from the airport, a journey of seventeen minutes. It only takes about ten minutes to walk to the main square. It’s a lovely touch to be able to adopt a plant during your stay! Staff were all very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. If I was to return to Krakow I would stay here again.

a lot of room for improvement

We did not expect that the bed sheets will be changed daily, but we expected, that at least the bed is made properly. Towels were removed but not replenished. Same for the toilet paper. Also, as a Diamond member, I was expecting a little bit better treatment, even they told me at check in, that this stay does not count for my reward program. When I called a day before in order to see if they have an upgrade for me as a Diamond member, they were telling me that they need to look if anything is available but finally they told me there was no room available. I checked online, and I would have been able to book a suite the very next day and even further on. In any case a Diamond status does nor mean anything at all in this Wyndham property. A lot of room for improvement. All the best

Great for solo travelers. Even though this property is in the middle of a busy area, it was relatively quiet inside the hotel. Great breakfast options and close walking distance to the gallery mall and restaurants. Would stay again!

I booked dozens of a hotels around the world on Expedia each year. I very rarely feel compelled to leave reviews and only do so when my stay was extra comfortable. This is one of those stays. The hotel is beautiful, clean, spacious, can conveniently located, and has excellent amenities (sauna, restaurant, etc) that are accessible during most hours. The staff were present 24/7 and extremely friendly and efficient. Staying here was just such a seamless process and as comfortable as being at home. And I’m very very picky about these sorts of things. If I ever return to Krakow, I will only stay here.

Christmas market break

Lovely hotel, ideal location close to shopping centre, old town, train station and tram links but still quiet. Room was a good size, loved having a separate bath and walk in shower. Fridge was also handy for milk and snacks. Didn’t use the restaurant so cannot comment on that. Husband used the sauna. Overall great stay.

The hotel is showing it's age. The bathroom shower head fell apart and there was no seal at the bottom so all the water would run out on the floor. I was able to put the shower head back together and used a towel to hold back the water. Overall the stay was really good.

Fantastic hotel in a great location

We were looking for a nice hotel within easy walk of the old town - we were not disappointed, this hotel could not have been better. Just around the corner from the old town, 5 - 10 mins walk to the main square. We had a superior double room & it was lovely, especially the bathroom, the glass was so clean between the shower & toilet cubicle that my husband walked into it!! We had a room on the top floor & it was super quiet. The bar was a nice place to relax after a long day walking around Krakow & the staff were really helpful & friendly. We would definitely return.

Lovely hotel really close to everything. Right next to shopping mall and train station for easy transport and pick ups for day trips and only a 10 minute walk into the main square. Beds were enormous and rooms were good, gym was a little small but otherwise hotel was wonderful. Would hundred percent stay again
