Staff were really friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable and had great amenities. Room service food was excellent and well presented. Location of the hotel is perfect. The main city centre is only half an hour on the MRT, which is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel also connects with a large shopping mall (1Utama) that has great shops and café/restaurants

Overall the room is clean. Book 2 rooms requested for connection room with additional top up for king bed, , the room was bigger, but if shower room with extended glass partition will be ideal otherwise must be very careful for water flows out

I stayed in this hotel twice within a month, I like the front desk service. They are polite, gentle and warm. I have a good communication with one of the staff, Mr Hafeez. But the breakfast buffet has limited choice and not so tasty.

A comfortable value for money hotel
A clean good size room with comfortable beddings. I like that it's a short covered walk to 1U Mall. Would definitely advocate for the sheltered walkway to the Mall to be air-conditioned - as it was hot and humid to use the walkway in the afternoon!

Although it was rather packed for their bookings over the long holiday. I appreciate that the staff tried their best to give me a connecting room as I had a baby with me. I love Avante and this is my second stay. It’s really convenient to walk to 1 Utama mall and also the Utama farm.

The internet wifi was poor and I couldn't do any work there and I have to use my oversea roaming hot spot to get online. Eventually I had shorten my stay and shift to the One World Hotel instead.
