The hotel is well situated. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. The first I got it had an odor and I asked to change which the hotel did without hesitation. Dinner was amazing at the main restaurant!

Fantastic staff
Great stay at a fantastic price. Staff were the best thing from the front desk to door staff, all were great. My luggage was delayed, as soon as it arrived they contacted me rather than wait for me to find out, small things make a difference!

Nice room, clean and specious with kitchen. 5 minute walk to U.S. Embassy. Some restaurants near by in mall (7 minute walk), but will need to take grab car for majority of restaurants.

Was a twp night stay. The motel was very clean, the staff friendly and very attentive. The bed was very good and the linens were exceptional. The robes and slippers were a nice touch Definitely will stay again.

We stayed at MiCasa for 7 nights. The rooms are spacious and had everything we needed. Given that KL is not a pedestrian-friendly city, the walk to the towers was ok. The room was not brand new and there was a little bit of mold in the bathroom, but the condition was fine to my standards. I recommended this hotel for a good value stay in KL.

I knew it was going to be downhill from here
wow wow wow..the room, design and location was fantastic. the bed was so comfortable that I could sleep for days. That room- so elegant and spacious ..I just knew that I would not find such a place again ..for the price, comfort and zen experience.

Very nice stay the staff were great..can’t remember his name on the front desk (during the day )i think he was a manager but he was very helpful ..house keeping could improve as we had dirty bedding and things won’t replaced ..our highlight of our stay was Mike in the restaurant and bar give him a pay rise!!!!!
