Luxury apartments

Pros: The rooms, the swimming pool.
Cons: Checkin needs to be improved to include all the services that are available and housekeeping did not come to late in the afternoon to make up the room
Location: There are 2 monorail stations on either side of the hotel and Quill City shopping mall is only 5 minutes walk away. You can also use Grab or Uber.
This is an amazing place to stay, the rooms are very spacious and well laid out. I had a bath in my bathroom as well as a shower. The pool on the 51st floor is fantastic, and they also provide a children's pool. They have a gym and recently opened a restaurant which provides breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast cost 37rm per day. The hotel is situated close to Bukit Nanas monorail which is only a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The Quill City shopping mall is also 5 minutes walk where you have a supermarket and various shops and restaurants. I highly recommend staying at the Face Suites.

Total shambles

They treat you as if you are thieves who are going to run away without paying your bills. Their english is very poor and asking for a can opener proved to be almost impossible. Being Malaysia, I would have expected them to provide a can opener not just a wine opener. No one cares really until you really start making a fuss. Staff are still under training according to the duty manager. Avoid at all cost.

Nice ,spacious , & clean

The lady at the checking desk on the morning of the 25th April was rather rude when I was hell bent on getting a room whilst mine was'nt ready . I eventually got an upgraded room; I was simply not prepared to wait for 6 hours to check in following a nearly a 13 hr flight . Long story short it was a nice hotel . The food at the hotel was nothing to right home about I must admit ; you are better off walking 5 minutes to the Quill Mall where you'd be spoilt for choice of eateries

Meeting my friends in KL

Our suite was bigger than my apartment at home! Very comfortable and excellent value. Infinity pool on the roof and a gym. My only criticism was that it would benefit from a bar/restaurant although our suite had a kitchenette and we could go to the supermarket to get supplies. My nephew liked it so much he decided to bok for a month to use as a base while he's in the far east. You will not be disappointed! Well done Faces!

Es war einfach alles perfekt: die zentrale Lage, das riesige Zimmer, das Frühstück, der Service, der fantastische Pool. Und das alles zu einem unschlagbaren Preis! Negativ war lediglich, dass wir im Vorfeld nur zwei Nächte gebucht hatten...

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Einzig zu bemängeln sind die Laufzeiten der Aufzüge. Trotz 4 Lifte dauerte es extrem lange, bis einer verfügbar war.

Prinzipiell ist die Unterkunft sehr gut, aber leider keine 5 Sterne. Unser Zimmer lag direkt an einem Aufzugschacht, welcher nachts nicht zu überhören war. Ausserdem hat das Hotel ein massives Problem mit den Aufzügen, die der Masse an Gästen nicht gerecht werden. Es entstehen täglich lange Wartezeiten und Schlangen. Das Hotel hat das Problem erkannt, bekommt es aber nicht in den Griff. Leider liess auch die Sauberkeit in den Hotelgängen zu wünschen übrig. Überall Fussabdrücke und Handabdrücke. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung was die Auswahl anbelangt aber es müsste wärmer sein. Wir haben das Hotel gebucht wegen dem Pool mit Sicht auf die Petronas Towers, jedoch wird diese in Kürze zugebaut sein. Direkt vor dem Pool wird ein weiteres Hochhaus erbaut. Das Hotel liegt etwa 20 min zu Fuss von den Türmen entfernt. Die Monorailstation ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unser Fazit: Durchaus in Ordnung für einen Kurzaufenthalt, jedoch kein 5 Sterne Hotel!
