The island was beyond awesome however one night the weather was extremely terrifying with massive and loud thunderstorms and lightning that woke us up in the middle of the night and even the electricity was cut off and we were left clueless of what’s going on.. this was one of the most terrifying nights in my life .. I hope the staff would let guests know if there’s an exceptional weather condition so at least they guests won’t panic and process things more smoothly.

During our five-night stay at Grand Park Kodhippadu, my partner and I were warmly greeted by the resort staff upon arrival. The resort's beautiful landscaping set a serene atmosphere, and our overwater pool villa offered stunning views of the ocean. One of the standout features of our experience was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff, particularly Osamah, our host. He meticulously arranged all our activities, demonstrating patience and foresight in meeting our needs. We also had the pleasure of meeting Winda at the Breeze restaurant, whose service surpassed expectations and left a lasting impression. Overall, the resort management and staff ensured that every aspect of our stay was nothing short of amazing, making us feel truly valued and ensuring a memorable experience.
