The hotel is beside Kumamoto Shinkansen station and location is convenient. The staff was very polite. The hotel room is big and clean. There is a big public bath on 9F.

We love THE BLOSSOM KUMAMOTO! We were stunned by how beautiful and elegant this hotel is when we walked into the lobby. The facility is top notch and the staff are friendly and helpful. Location-wise, it is above the Amu Plaza right next to the Kumamoto train station. You can find plenty of shopping and dining options around this are. Plenty of famout restaurants have branches in Amu Plaza and Higo Yokamon Ichba Market. If you would like to stay in a hotel in Kumamoto close to the station, THE BLOSSOM KUMAMOTO is the best choice.

THE BLOSSOM KUMAMOTO is amazing. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The facility is quite new and well-maintained. This hotel is located above Amu Plaza next to the train station. There are plenty of dining options here, and you can find the branches of many famous restaurants in Amu Plaza or Higo Yokamon Ichba Market. For people traveling with JR trains, I highly recommend staying here.

Very hard to fault this hotel, the stay was excellent and staff always really attentive and professional. The room was great, new and clean. Located within a great shopping centre, with lots of food options close by, and right next to the JR train station Would definitely stay again, and also recommend!

My wife and I enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. The staff was professional and helpful. We had a corner room and it was spacious for Japanese standard. We loved that the the shopping arcade was right in the building with plenty of good choices. Parking was conveniently located in the basement. The train and tram stations were at door steps. Our only regret was we only had one night there. Highly recommended.

An average experience. No free room upgrade provided. Staff forgot to provide vip perks until the next day. Was asked to pay for a dinner fee when I did not opt for any dinners. It was probably recorded incorrectly to my room number. Not very elder friendly as well as there’s quite a distance from the mall to the hotel. And you got to change to different lifts in order to access to the lobby.
