Rather old fashion hotel
hotel rather old and the room is bit small for 3 person. But location is good for Outlet Park and some other shopping area. Free parking is also nice for driving guests.

Clean, comfortable for a one night stay. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions for good dinner options. Just opposite to a Familymart convenience store. Breakfast was good.

You must prepare taxi 700Yen each way from station to hotel, it's not good if you can't have trip plan well. But free breakfast and nice staff.

・第4駐車場まで完備。 ・トリプルルームは広く、テーブルと椅子もゆったりと、設置してある。 ・冷蔵庫が家庭にあるような2ドア。冷凍もバッチリできる。近くにはファミマあり。 ・朝食(無料)に自由度があり、楽しんで作っていらっしゃる感じが良かった。 ・レンタサイクルが無料で利用できた。美観地区まで自転車を利用した。駐車場に困ることがなかった。

お風呂場の水が排水されず溜まっていくので不快 一度も使用していないのに、洗面所に髪の毛が落ちていて清掃されているが最後のチェックが甘いような気がする。また洗面所を開けた瞬間に、何かくさい 朝食バイキングは種類も豊富で美味しかった 随時おかずを入れ替えてくれているのもよかった 朝食に玉子類のおかずがあればなお良かったが行った時間が遅くてなくなった可能性もあるかもしれない

特に問題はなかった。駐車場が４箇所で混んでいるときはちょっと離れた場所なので雨とかの場合は面倒かもしれない。無料の朝食は美味しく、また重宝しました。

出張用ビジネスホテル
駅や繁華街からはかなり離れているが、無料駐車場が有るので出張者にはそれ程不便ではない。ただ第4駐車場まで有るものの、到着が少し遅くなるとほぼ満車になっていた。他の部屋は分からないが、風呂の排水が詰まり気味で、シャワーを使っているだけで水が溜まってきた。ルームキー差し込み型の主電源は無く、TV・照明・エアコンも自動ではオフにならない。朝食は7時からなので、朝一から仕事に入る出張の場合は摂れない。倉敷中心部に比べれば３～４割安いので、コスパは悪くはない。

部屋の電気も明るく、シャワーも扱いやすかったです。 朝食も付いていたので、大変満足で助かりました。 マットレスがちょっと柔らかかったと感じたぐらいであとは気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。
