Amazing hotel perfectly located. Room are large , clean and comfortable We eate in a local restaurant at 2 minutes walking distance. The beach is close as well as many other attractions.

The staff of the. Hotel is excellent, but the property itself really needs some attention. It is very dated, towels are very old, they don’t have hand towels, they don’t provided hands soap, very limited toilet paper. No electric plugs near the bed, and only one in the whole room. Not a good experience overall

Needs updating

The hotel is impressive however very dated. The room smelled damp and had mould embedded in the silicone under the bathroom basin. The floor in the bathroom has an area with stones and water under the basin which is a breeding ground for mould. The staff were very friendly and polite.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Rooms were a little rundown but were informed they were renovating so looking forward to staying there again once renovated. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. Shops were close by and Lippo mall was only a 5 min walk away. Pool was 1.4m deep and pool bar was good. Would recommend staying here

The place is close to shopping area, restaurants. House keeping are so nice . We did not use the pool because is closed at 6:00 pm . It’s should be closing at least 9:00 pm . The reception staff are so strict the rules for check in time . Not to consider to check in early even the room is already available. Villa is beautiful with complete appliance you need but no cookware to use .

We stayed here as we need to wait for our 10 pm flight. Pool bar, good food, and cheap drinks. Was perfect to what we were looking for. Also, we stayed in family #550 it has been renovated, with a massive tv we could watch Netflix on. Recommended this place
