Staff could not help more with everything, first class vibe set in the most beautiful grounds and pool area. Thoroughly recommend staying here, you wouldnt know you were in Kuta

Average hotel. Noisiest air conditioner we’ve ever experienced. Couldn’t put it on at night time, as it was too loud to sleep and kept ‘banging’ every few minutes. Subsequently we were very hot at night. Room next to us we could hear everything- toilet flushing, coughing, television. Very disappointed not to receive upgrade. Loud singing every night until 10pm . And from 1-4 am there was a nightclub nearby that kept us awake. All in all disappointed. Not relaxed due to lack of sleep.

Family Friendly Kartika
4 nights at Kartika were very relaxing and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent as were the facilities. The pool was especially family friendly. We ate outside on the main street each evening which had a great selection of wurangs. Our room was clean and well presented. The walk along the shore was safe and handy to work off our meal each night. Discovery center next door had great shopping. In all, a great stay.

This hotel has always been our favourite Bali hotel and we have been coming here every year for over 20 years. We love the big pool - the room is large and we love having a balcony. Breakfast has always been great.

The facilities and staff were excellent. Beautiful gardens and pool area that are constantly being attended to. The only downside to the resort is the price of drinks which are expensive.
