最悪
送られてきたメールを頼りにナビをかけたら全然違うホテルに着きました。何人かにホテルを尋ねてもわからないと言われたのでホテルの連絡先に電話しましたが、誰もでません。2時間かけやっとホテルを見付けましたが、地図の場所から2キロくらい離れています。ビーチから徒歩３分で街中にあるのでこのホテルにしましたが、あたりは何もなく真っ暗で、ビーチ迄なんて歩くと何十分かかるか解りません。おまけに部屋に入るとWi-Fiどころか現地の通信SIMでさえも入りません。バスアメニティとやらはバスタオル一枚のみ。連絡が付かなかった事については先方は謝っていましたが、その他についてはホテルズドットコムにも責任があるのではないでしょうか？冷房なしの部屋も冷房と表示されていたり、再度確認してみようとそのホテルのページをひらくと、私が泊まった価格の半分の値段になっていました。不信感からその後８日間ホテルを泊まりあるいていますが、ホテルズドットコムは使っていません。今日久しぶりに御社で予約しました。このあとも数週間は移動しながらホテルを泊まりあるく予定です。一応私はゴールドメンバーです。今後の事もありますので一度ご連絡ください。責任者の日本人スタッフからお願いします。

Kuta bietet viele Homestays für Urlauber an. Wir haben uns für dieses entschieden, es war ein relativ kleines Zimmer mit Bad. Aber für uns nur zum schlafen und duschen vollkommen ausreichend. Frühstück wählbar Zw. Bananapancake und Omelette mit etwas Reis, sowie Tee und Kaffee(Lombok).. homestay geführt durch eine sehr nette Familie, Dank Edy lernten wir auch scootern.. 50k pro Tag an der Unterkunft Mietbar. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit AC. Internet vorhanden, jedoch sehr langsam.. gute Lage zur Stadt, 2-3 min mit dem Roller und von dort aus zu wunderschönen Stränden! Wir würden dieses homestay wieder buchen. Es ist kein Luxus, eher minimalistisch, aber in Ordnung
