Was greeted by a smile from every single staff member every day and everyone goes out of their way to ensure your trip is as comfortable as possible. It is within walking distance of some amazing shopping places and dining options like the stadium sports bar and cafe. The pool is well maintained with the staff going above and beyond to keep the hotel to a very high standard of cleanliness! Will stay here next time again for sure!

Location is great. Lots dining and shopping around. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked good going by all the people using it. Only downside to the room was it was right by the pool/bar area so noisy during the day and music stops by 11. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Our room at 319 is not good, faucet is rusting, Bath tub not good, toilet smells and the bidet spells water on floor. Bed pillows smells like dried sweats cause inside is very old pillows. Tiny biting bugs crawling by the chairs. I will not recommend this property through my experience.

Stay was great! The gym was fully functional, pool was beautiful, lots of chairs and always fresh towels. Rooms were clean, but had ants and the sheets always seemed to have a stain or two but that was minor. Overall would stay again

The service was amazing. Jacob at the pool is a gem. The rooms could do with some TLC but understandable after COVID. They are busy painting and fixing it up. The breakfast has a huge range and they are very open to requests.i always stay here and will again next time

The only highlight is the good buffet breakfast and friendly staff. The room is old and the walls peeling off due to humidity. Mosquitoes and bugs in the bathroom and around. Shower head was not working well and the tap was very tight to open, stepping into the foyer was hot and humid., air conditioner not effective. Thanks
