Character laiden oasis in the centre of Kuta

This hotel is located in the middle of Kuta, a minute from the beach and all the shops. If you want to stay in Kuta, I highly recommend. The resort was a quiet oasis amongst the Kuta chaos. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the facilities were outstanding. The two pools were clean and practical. The free breakfast offered good choice and set me up for the day when sightseeing.

Make sure you get the room you booked

We encountered a booking issue during our stay. We specifically chose a ground-floor unit on Hotels.com due to mobility concerns. Prior to arrival, I contacted the hotel to request a mattress topper, as I knew the beds could be quite firm. However, the hotel informed us that the ground-floor rooms in the same category were sold out, likely due to direct bookings. They offered us an alternative room type, but it came with an additional $25 per night charge. The entire process was frustrating, as communication via email felt impersonal, with little accountability on their part and a clear push for more money. Despite this hassle, the actual stay was still pleasant. The location is excellent, and the rooms were comfortable, quiet, and clean. The decor could benefit from a refresh, but overall, it was a fine experience.

I like to stay somewhere that is traditionally Balinese in a smaller complex. Staff were very friendly, plenty of sun lounges, well maintained gardens. I enjoyed the different hot options every morning for breakfast. My Expedia 10 day package was exceptional value!!

Great place to stay

Great ground floor room spacious and had separate shower separate from bath. Good breakfast. Great area down poppies lane close to beach. Lots of shops close by. Only problem my son got a tattoo and while sleeping got ink on sheets and had to pay $60 extra compensation. I thought a bit rich when the new sheets couldn’t cost anywhere near that. Next time if he gets another wear a long sleeve top or Tracky pants to bed. Overall I will stay again

Such a nice place to stay.love the villa with private pool and great breakfast . The staff is very friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is loud and dirty with lots of trash especially on the beach. Very sad there is no system in place for this. Would be smart to educate the children now for the future.

A little oasis just off the busy street. It was great to relax after hitting the shops which are only a few minutes walk from the bungalows. Great location, and lovely staff.
