I have a mixed feeling about this hotel. The room is newly built, however the housekeeping job was not really good. The location is great if you want to stay in Kuta area without damaging yout travel budget.

Excellent Hotel and Great location for walking within Kuta area. Very quiet rooms. Great value for money. Nice refurbished spacious rooms with all your needs. Superb roof top pool with swim up bar. Food service was really good. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Recommend staying here

The location was good for shopping, restaurants and beach access. The breakfast was good too. The room was not good at all. Water dripped from the AC and caused large puddles of water in the room constantly. The room was old, not cleaned very well and needed upgrades

I booked a stay at this hotel, but when I arrived, there was no one available to check me in. I had to knock on doors and ask other guests if they had a contact number for the reception. When the receptionist finally arrived, I was told all the rooms were occupied, and my booking was transferred to another hotel. I was informed that I'd have to move back to the original hotel the next night. I requested to cancel the second night and get a refund but haven't heard back yet. I ended up checking out early because other guests were complaining about the noise from birds in the morning. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
