After all I like the hotel & feel home. However, the noise in the morning, I could heard from breakfast area & the door that made a noise every time opened or closed. That door needs to be fix. The clicking plates & chatting employees that I heard from my room 110 especial after 6 o’clock in the morning. It’s just woke me up & like to sleep late. Thanks you for your hospitality & looking forward to stay in the future

This was our third time with Vira. The staff never disappoints and are all so nice, friendly and polite. The food quality is excellent. Special thank you to the complimentary transport from/to airport, particularly when I left my laptop bag in the car when we got to the airport and the driver came back when I realized my error and delivered it. Simply brilliant, than you so much.

The property was well located with many restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast selection in the morning was amazing so much to choose from. The hotel must of been very grand in its day but is now very tired. The rooms are extremely dark both in dark wood and bad lighting. It was good for a 4 day stay. The staff were very lovely.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Nice pool. I had room service and it was very quick and good. I had a sudden infection and the staff took me to a nearby clinic to get antibiotics. That was fantastic.

Cute boutique hotel in Kuta

The hotel is in a great location, but there is loud music resonating into the rooms late at night most nights from nearby restaurants. The rooms are super comfortable with all normal amenities available. Breakfast was really good everyday, where some items were switched up to keep it exciting. Only other downside is it is tough to navigate with a child in a stroller as it is just stairs in and out of the building and into the pool.

Everything was seamless from the moment I booked the room until check out. Communication with the staff was wonderful and they noted every request right away. The pick up service is super convenient, and the location near the airport was exactly what we were looking for. I cannot speak more highly of the staff. Everyone was super kind and friendly. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The breakfast is great, with many options and the restaurant in general is pretty good. The pool is amazing and everything is clean. I am extremely happy with the hotel, can´t wait to come back.
