Warning Bed Bugs
This place was the only place i got Bed Bugs out of 4 different paid accommodations i stayed at over my 3 week hoiday in Bali. Not only did i get bed bugs but i was 1st placed in a room, for me was near a 5min struggle to get to the elevator as i use a walking stick due to an accident 2yrs ago, had to ask to move to room closer to elevator, even tho they saw my struggle approaching reception on arrival, do not recomend this place at all. Must add this is the only bad review i have given to any hotel in all my years of using Hotels.com

You get what you pay for .. sadly .. gym equipment was not working .. my bedding did not seem clean under the sheet coverage .. a little off putting. The pool was lovely but needs TLC.. breakfast I would not waste my money .. was happier ordering on grab.. I left after 4 days . No hot water at times .. please don’t stay there if you want even 3 star.. plus side .. everyone was lovely there .. and close to everything .. just speaking the truth

Room didn't feel very clean, the bed and sheets felt a bit old and musty. The door was damaged, had a hard time opening and closing it each time. Wardobe door was also damaged, has a creaking sound when opening/closing and doesn't stay opened as the hinge wasloose. Although the toilet door design was quite intelligent (able to swing 180 deg to segregate sink and toilet such that 2 people may use the toilet concurrently), the toilet was tiny and cramp and the door design made it difficult to open/close the door from inside. Also, the main lift of the hotel was frustrating to use. The lift buttons felt like touchscreen / sensor but were often unable to respond when tapped.

Check in was good and the room clean and tidy. Very noisy as is close to a busy road. Unfortunately the windows in the common areas were left open so the noise was amplified into the room. Breakfast was very basic and the cooked food was cold which means it was prepared hours earlier. Disappointing.

Not a good stay. Choose only in desparation
Although it was shown a 24 hrs check-in we were told the rooms were not ready when we walked in around 2 PM. Staff was courteous and asked us to wait for sometime. There were no welcome drinks and we thought we will have lunch by the time. We ordered few items and figured out what would be the quality and standard from the food. Overall lunch experience was not good. By the time we finished lunch, the rooms were ready and we picked up the luggages and moved in. The rooms were clean but bit old. The towels and bed linens were seemed like bought when the hotel was built. They weren't white but grayed over a period of years! Our room was facing a street and directly opposite to another hotel! Many places the walls and roofs started peeling off due to leakages. The main entrance has a pond and the walls have plants adorning it and most pots were empty and gives a bad look. The pics and actual look completely different. Location of the hotel is good as it's closer to many shopping areas, beach and art market. The pool on the rooftop was ok and clean. But you need to remind the staff for towels many times. The breakfast always have mainly Indonesian rice varieties and noodles. We were relying on the toast and made to order omlettes. Always there're shortages for spoons and forks. You need to remind the staff many times to replenish them. The service is overall average and needs lot of improvement.

A very convenient place to Kuta shopping area and eating places . Generally cheap hotel to stay for a few days . Pillows and bed is quite comfortable and there’s a sliding window so at least some fresh air into the room . Staffs are quite friendly. Breakfast was okie not much variety given its a 3.5 star hotel .

Couldn’t commend the staff more; they were all so friendly and helpful and would never say no. We had an issue with arranging a collection from the airport and it not turning up, so double check before you fly that someone will be coming to get you! It was however dealt with and we received a complementary driver to take us to our next hotel. Only slight issues were that the shower pressure wasn’t the best, and the breakfast could have been improved - one day they had a specials section doing pancakes and waffles, the next day it was a salad bar which was disappointing. Overall, I recommend this hotel, comfy beds, friendly staff, good spa treatments, and Yudi from house keeping makes the cutest towel animals
