Staff and service were beyond amazing! Very helpful and everyone speaks good English which is extra bonus. But their helpful attitude was what really impressed me. They managed to assist me to post EMS back to Australia, and luggage delivery to another hotel. Want to thank all the staffs for that. Besides that the hotel and the vibe was just exceptional. Close enough and walkable to bus & train station. Blue bottle coffee nearby :)

Would Stay Here Again Without Hesitation!

If you’re on the fence about the Ace Hotel in Kyoto, don’t be. Everything about it was above and beyond fantastic. My husband, twin girls, and I stayed here our first week in Japan and were blown away by the hospitality and local knowledge of the staff. Not to mention the kindness shown to our toddlers! The restaurant options inside the hotel were also top notch. I can’t say enough great things about it! 10/10 would recommend you stay here!

Lovely eco friendly hotel that is meant to be more of earth friendly rather than luxury. Kosa restaurant is probably the best we've experienced in Japan. The kids loved the hotel!

The Ace Hotel Kyoto is phenomenal in every way. Centrally located, this spot is perfect for accessing transit, convenience stores, restaurants, bars, and museums.
