The experience was incredible! Me and my partner booked the King room and we had plenty of space for our luggage. The bed was actually gigantic unlike other hotels that advertised as such but isn’t actually the case. The front desk service was very kind and helpful. Had amazing matcha machine (that I miss a lot) and breakfast is also very worth it! I would recommend this to all my friends who are interested in a luxury hotel in Kyoto. Will definitely be coming back here in the future!

Great location just next to the JR nijo station which is super convenient to any places in Kyoto, especially to Arashiyame bamboo forest, only 4 stops to go. The room is tidy, clean and cozy~Had very nice sleep in this period.

The hotel location is very convenient since the Nijo station and subway are across the street. Also a large grocery store is just 2 blocks away. Additionally, the hotel has a great onsen mineral bath which is very welcome after a long day of sightseeing.

Easy checkin and checkout, staff efficient and the hotels opposite train station which is less that 10 mins from Kyoto main station. Small but tasty breakfast selection, hotel clean, small gym and indoor onsen. Only minor complaint is that room always smelt smoky, otherwise good value.
