猛暑なので、帰宅時にお土産を入れて持って帰るために保冷剤と保冷バッグを持参しました。 9月13日早朝、荷物を預ける際に保冷剤（キャンプ等で使用する有料の繰り返し使用できるもの）2個を16日のチェックアウト時まで冷凍庫で保管するようにお願いしました。冷蔵品を沢山買い、いざチェックアウトで保冷剤を受けとると1個はカチカチではないにしても凍っていましたが、もう１個は全く凍っていませんでした。自宅の普通の冷蔵庫の冷凍室でも1日入れればカチカチに凍るのに、3日も預けて凍っていない。スタッフも全く謝罪しない。仕方がないので、京都駅の伊勢丹で買い物をして、無料の小さな保冷剤を足しました。本当に最悪。

I was forced Mandatory using machine to check in Which is complicated , while I saw some don’t need to , the parking discount system is confusing , the staff didn’t ask for my situation before assuming which discount coupon to apply to my parking , and they never been able to explain how the parking coupons system works The staff was very inconsiderable during check out times , instead of simple reminder of check out times or ask if we need assistance with bags , they just notify us that we will be charge if we don’t check out now at 11:10
