Irresponsible + careless management
We didn't get to stay here but for me everything was terrible about this place, based on the fact that they charged me a night for 4 persons and when we get there, laughed at my face and told that they don't have rooms and didn't recognize my reservation... Unbelievable! After a 3 hours drive from Santo Domingo, we were stranded there with no place to stay. After 1 hour on the phone with a Expedia/hotels.com representative, we couldn't do more than process a refund. A completely nightmare after you pay for a service.
