Really appreciated the friendly check-in staff! The property and room were fine. A bit noisy with traffic next to the room but have since learned you can ask for a room on the parking lot side. Nice breakfast.

The room was neat and quiet. The daily breakfast was satisfactory. The snacks for sale showed a wide variety. While the room was totally satisfactory, they need to clean under the refrigerator more often.

My first floor room was only about two sidewalk widths away from a busy street. The bed was horribly uneven, and there was no comfortable seating in the room with good lighting next to it. It made relaxing in the room in the evening evening after a busy day very difficult.

This was our first stay at Gundersen Hotel and Suites. We had a positive experience except for the street noise throughout the night when we were trying to sleep. There must be some kind of sound proofing that can be installed. Otherwise it was a perfect experience for my husband and me.
