We were so disappointed with the poor customer service at the hotel. We asked the employee about parking options when we checked in. He gave us the prices for normal parking and also valet parking, but then said he was going to waive the parking fees for us! We stood at the counter while he said he was adjusting our reservation to waive the fees. However, when we checked out, the check out employee charged us $117 for parking. I relayed the story to her about how our parking fees had been waived at check in, but she said no, there was nothing noted in our reservation. What angers us is that we never asked for the parking fees to be waived; the employee gladly offered to do it. And once this was offered to us, it should not have been taken away. This is terrible customer service. We have no desire to return to this hotel.

The hotel was a decent stay. The staff was not upfront about the extra charge it was to park a vehicle, so at the end of my trip I had an extra $40/day charge on top of the rate that was previously quoted to me. The signage is not clear as far as hotel guests vs non-guests needing to pay $40/day to park in the structure since you enter/depart with a room key.

Minor mishaps: service at host station at Fresh was poor — we had to wait to be seated both days. Also, host at check in forgot to give us our breakfast vouchers. And watch out for the $39/night parking fee. Otherwise great service, comfortable room. very nice place.

Good but not great
Was good but not great. Most hotels these days have TVs that let you log into your Netflix, this one only had basic cable. They didn’t have those luggage trolly carts so we had to lug all of our bags up to our room. Having 2 small children means I had to take multiple trips to get our stuff in and out of the hotel. Lastly they charge for internet use. I haven’t been to a hotel in a long time that nickel and dimes you to get on the WiFi. Otherwise the people were nice and the place was decent enough. I just can’t give a 4 or 5 to a place lacking in those departments. Hope this helps.
