Room was old, needs a remodel badly. Bed not comfortable. Old woman at front desk when I checked inn andn out should not have a job in customer service. But the person I spoke with one the phone last night, to get the wifi password (which she did not give me at check in) and the person I spoke with this morning about a late check out were both very pleasant.

Will never stay again. Room wasn’t clean too much trash in the floor, trash in trash basket. It looks like this room wasn’t cleaned ever. Furniture broken & room is looking old. Not sure about the bed either if it was changed or not. When arrived the door room was wide opened. If could put 0 stars I would do.

My friends, boyfriend and I stayed for two nights for a concert and at 3am my friend woke up to multiple cockroaches in her bed and we had to move rooms so they put us in the next room over. The next morning we found another roach so we requested to be moved again and the staff were incredibly rude to us for making a complaint. After moving rooms, shortly after we found another two roaches in the bathroom and notified staff. We moved rooms AGAIN but to a different floor and when we got to that room, they asked what time we’d be heading out for our concert so they could do a treatment to our room while we were gone and after telling them the time, we were rushed out early just to be sent back to the room we were in previously. We woke up the morning we were leaving to two more roaches. I do not recommend staying here unless you want roaches in your bed and belongings!!!

Staff and housekeeping was fine. Carpets, drapes, furniture and hardware awfully stained, torn, shabby, rusty, musty. Room had awful old smell. Maintenance person smoking in non-smoking areas. People fixing cars in the parking area right outside my window. One morning, as I stepped outside my room I saw a maintenance person carrying a dead mouse by its tail.

I was homeless the entire Covid Epidemic, I seemed to always hold them assountable for their 2 star rating, just never heard differently! You can't beat their prices, I said what the heck, and glad I did because I really got to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi and many like minded folks who were enjoying their stay! Hell, I have rented apartments in my past that this place was plenty good for me!

Unfortunately, the room was very unsatisfactory. Overall old & worn-down and not maintained...sticky carpet, dirty seating, beat-up/damaged furniture, and an odd smell emanating from the AC unit. Budget accomodations indeed, and did not have any "high-expectations"...read the reviews, and took a chance. Considered asking for another room, but it was late, and believed that they would all very likely be in the same condition. As I was charged up-front/upon check-in, and the hassle of changing/finding another hotel at a late hour, I just sucked it up. Sadly, I would not go back, nor recommend, even for a no-frills, "budget traveler"....that bad.
