Well located, close to La Concha Beach, a very beatiful beach. Excelent staff in whole the hotel, always helpful, very professional. The food is good and well varied at the restaurant. I definitely recommended this hotel😃

Lovely hotel

Super nettes Personal. Leider sehr schlechtes WLAN und nur in der Lobby. In den Zimmern nur gegen Aufpreis von 6 €/Tag. Zimmerreinigung wurde nur alle 2 Tage gemacht.

Die Zimmer mit Meerblick haben eine verbaut Sicht zum Meer, liegen über der Strasse und haben erst nachmittags Sonne.

Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe

Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand und hat einen schönen Innenhof mit Pool. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider sind die Federkernmatratzen in schlechtem Zustand (die Federn sind spürbar und quietschen)! Das Essen am Buffet ist leider nicht warm genug. Zum Glück hatte es eine Mikrowelle wo die Pasta und die anderen Speisen auf die richtige Temperatur gebracht werden konnte. Preis und Leistung ist als knapp gut zu bewerten. Den Reiseplan und Check-Inn bei Easy Jet konnte ich nicht über das Internet machen (vielleicht lag es an mir??).

Disgusting cooking

The food was horrible. I never ate so bad in a hotel. Canned food everywhere, even in tortilla and salads... (What do peas do in a tortilla?!?) The plates were dirty, and the glasses smelled bad. I showed the dirty plates to the restaurant staff, he replied that "this was normal with a dishwasher"... It's not for cleaning a dishwasher? Unacceptable! In the room, the mattress and pillow were hard. The bathroom door had a space of 10 cm down and remained blocked if closed (bankrupt remained blocked). Not a bottle of shampoo or shower gel, and minimum of towels. No ventilation in the bathroom. Wenn you arrive at the hotel, he give you an horrible bracelet for the horrible food, and you can't take of. The only good thing about this hotel is the pool. But it is not enough for the price. I realy don't recommend at all this hotel.
