The house is big and has a lot of potential. The owner should invest a bit more in the property. It was a very old property, when we got there we were a bit disappointed because the furniture out side was wiggly it was not stable the chairs and tables. the entrance parking was very dusty, dust everywhere. the kitchen was missing a toaster, coffee maker, blender, washer, dryer, (physically the items were there but not working properly. the biggest issue was that the pool was supposed to be heated as it was listed on the Verb app but it wasn't,nor a private way to the beach. we called the host and he did fix the washer and dryer the following day. and he promised to also turn on the heater for the pool but he wasn't successful. he kept saying he will show up the next day until we figure we won't be able to use the pool at all. ( I believe it was our 3rd day in, our kids were very sad about it) the host did mentioned about a possible discount but as we waited and keep texting him about the reimbursement he mentioned Vrbo has not paying him back. not sure if is true or not but I do hope they do fix the property for future clients.
