Bonjour ! Toute l’équipe vous remercie pour votre retour. Notre hôtel vise à vous fournir le meilleur service possible, et je suis désolé d’apprendre que l’insonorisation de l’hôtel n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Le Bord’O a changé de propriétaire en 2017, et à cette occasion, nous avons entièrement rénové l’hôtel et travaillé sur ce sujet. Parallèlement, l’hôtel est contraint par sa localisation (quartier animé) et par son histoire (bâtiment historique). Si l’insonorisation n’est pas idéale, je vous assure que notre équipe met tout en œuvre pour que votre séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. Peut-être avez-vous remarqué que des boules Quies sont disponibles dans les chambres à votre arrivée, ainsi qu’à l’accueil, pour vous permettre de profiter au mieux de votre nuit si votre sommeil est léger ? J’espère que nous aurons l’occasion de vous accueillir à nouveau à La Rochelle pour vous montrer que nous travaillons inlassablement à améliorer notre service sur ce point.
