Hello, Genevieve and Jean will be happy to share with you the charms of this villa and its surroundings, splendid in all seasons.
The holiday home of Geneviève and Jean La Seyne-sur-Mer in the Var, is located in a very quiet residential area and in a dead end street, close to beaches and shops.
The house is on a closed ground with possibility of parking 2 to 3 cars.
The house consists of a hall, a dining room overlooking a large terrace east side angle, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, and separate toilet .
Access by 4 steps, then everything is on the ground floor.
Outside, you will enjoy the terrace overlooking the dining room, and the lime tree under which you can enjoy each meal in the shade and freshness.
You will also find all the equipment you will need for your greatest pleasure (garden furniture, electric barbecue, etc ...)
From the house, you are 1.5 km from the beach of Mar Vivo and the pebble beach of La Verne, 2.5 km from the sand beach of Sablettes and 2 km from the sandy beach of Fabregas.
Nearby, the massif of Cape Sicié (protected area), and the coastal path that joins Six Fours.
A river shuttle departs from Sablettes beach and reaches Toulon in 25 minutes for less than 2 €

Quartier calme, à 15 minutes à pied de la plage, bateau-bus vers Toulon à 10 minutes en voiture, jolies randonnées dans la forêt toute proche... Bref, des vacances comme on les aime.

Agréable séjour en famille
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans la maison de Geneviève et Jean. La maison est confortable, située dans un quartier résidentiel agréable et très calme, à proximité des plages (20 mn à pied, 5 mn en voiture). Parfait ! Un grand merci à eux et à Séverine pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et ses conseils pertinents.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Schönes großes Haus in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Wir (und unser Hund) haben uns auch im abgeschlossenen Garten wohlgefühlt. Das riesige Naturschutzgebiet in der Nähe (Eingang 800 Meter vom Haus) haben wir auch viel genutzt zum Joggen, Mountainbiken und Spazierengehen mit dem Hund. Schöne Strände in der Nähe. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter und lokale Kontaktperson.

Super einfacher Check-in und Check-out. Total unkompliziert! Wunderschöner Garten mit Schatten. Sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft, ideal zum Erholen. Bei der Einrichtung und Komfort, hat man sich sehr bemüht. Saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher genügend vorhanden. Sehr guter W-Lan Empfang überrall.
