First the bad stuff .....Property is NOISY. ..sound carries from adjoining rooms and from plumbing. If you like it nice and quiet then stay away. It is not 4 star ..at very best a 3 star. Lift takes ages.Rooms are very basic. Shower is poor ..hostel standard. At breakfast order your coffee from the kitchen as the coffee on tap in the dining room is dire. Good things... staff at breakfast very nice and BF good. Managed to get a hotel free parking spot right outside which is a nice bonus. Reception staff very helpful .. speaking English/French ( Italian). LOCATION is the best bit.. lift to ground floor gets you right into the town centre with easy access to train station (10 min walk) and lots of great places to eat ..and drink. FINALLY ...great value for money €100 per night for 3 adults (family room) Cant beat that !!

Service, Ausstattung alles zweckmässig aber definitiv nicht das was man von einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarten würde. Für Urlauber auf der Durchreise, aber nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Durch die Lage haben die meisten Zimmer nur Blick in einen schmalen Innenhof, es gibt nur einen Lift (Rezeption in der 5 Etage, Frühstücksetage in der 1 Etage) Lift oft durch Reinigungspersonal blockiert. Das Gebäude ist hellhörig.

Nice hotel close to the port and city centre

Pros: Place of the hotel
Cons: Breakfast Restroom
Location: Very good located and practique to start via boat to Cinque Terre.
The hotel is very close to the port and to the city centre with the main street (shopping). Staff is very friendly. Price is good.

Nice hotel

The hotel is clean and located in centre. Good breakfast. Personal are friendly. Sometimes need to wait long for the only lift.

Hotel at a good location close to center of La Spezia. For a 4* Hotel i expected a bit more, room looked not so fresh anymore, breakfast ok. First room toilet was broken, but we could change without problem
