The property features AIR CONDITIONING, a garden, and 2 covered parking spaces.
You'll have the opportunity to choose from numerous services and experiences in the Cinque Terre, La Spezia, and Marina di Carrara.

The structure is arranged over 3 separate and INDEPENDENT floors, each with a living room and a kitchen.
Included in the price of VILLA LE PALME are:
-Set of 3 towels per person and pool towels.
-Free WI-FI throughout the property.
-Sunbeds and umbrellas for the pool area.
-BBQ area equipped with a gazebo.
-Air Conditioning.
[POOL AREA]
The villa features a private pool of 12X4 meters with views of the GULF OF POETS and corresponding sunbeds and umbrellas for maximum relaxation on summer days!
(The swimming pool will be available from May to September).
[GROUND FLOOR]
The ground floor is characterized by the large VERANDA perfect for enjoying the tranquility of the place.
Furthermore, there is a spacious DINING AREA: a kitchen with island and wood-fired oven and a large table for dining together.
Continuing, there are 3 bedrooms:
2 BEDROOMS with a DOUBLE BED
1 BEDROOM with 2 SINGLE BEDS
Finally, the 2 bathrooms complete the ground floor!
[GARDEN]
The private garden has a gazebo for an outdoor dining area complete with BBQ and offers a fantastic panoramic view.
ATTENTION: Due to a landslide this winter, a corner of the garden is fenced off and not usable.
[FIRST FLOOR]
The first floor has private access and upon entering, you will be greeted by the large lounge.
The fully equipped kitchen makes each floor independent from the other.
On this floor, there are 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 beds:

It spans 3 floors without an elevator, so there are stairs both to access the structure and to access the accommodation.
In the courtyard of the property, there are 2 free COVERED PARKING spaces, and additionally, 2 more cars can be parked outside the garage.
