"Wir waren entäuscht, dass nicht eine Flasche Wasser zum Konsumieren gab ohne direkt 2-5 Euro zahlen zu müssen. Es war ein Superior Zimmer also schon teurer. Waren schon mehrmals dort und das war das 1. Mal.
Der Toilettenboden war nicht gesaugt…die vorigen Gäste hatten ganz sicher schwarze Kleidung. "

Roadside hotel & unfriendly to children
"Due to the Spa access times we were not allowed to go into the pool during the afternoon with our children. They’ve been very unfriendly and rude about it. On the second day of our stay we got kicked out of the pool. When talking to the staff at the reception about us being asked to leave they were completely overwhelmed and again not very friendly. Elevator was also not functioning well. "
