Toilet wouldn’t quit running so we had to change rooms, then the tub was so clogged it almost overflowed even for a short shower. Major lack of maintenance at this one. No more Hampton Inns for me!

$200 a night room should not smell like a wet dog. Front desk had no room to switch to. Also on smell, there’s a relaxing chair at the main entrance continually in use by a smoker. Under-managed Hampton Inn.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom sink. Alive! Noise during sleeping hours. AC was loud and inefficient. Breakfast was below average. Facility floors were dirty and elevator was wet, dirty and noisy. Certainly not a worthy experience.

The room was clean upon arrival. We stayed three nights and never received housekeeping service. We had to put our towels and bag of trash out in the hallway. Towels were only available if you asked the front dest receptionist. Half of the time no one was visable. You had to wait until staff came back. The pool wasnt clean so the kids were unable to swim. At check out my concerns were heard but still was charged the same amount. I was told to come back and give us another chance.
