Came into town for a wedding and tried to check in early, but staff repeatedly told us that the entire hotel was booked when my vehicle and one other were the only two in the parking lot over the 2 day period that I was there. Friend was locked inside her hotel room (for at least 30mins) and it wasn't until myself and another friend went up and assisted her was she able to get out. We were told that management and maintenance were both off- which seemed like incredibly poor planning and a huge safety concern. Breakfast was good!

The hotel staff was excellent. My complaint was that the hotel beds were absolutely terrible. They were so hard and uncomfortable both my husband and myself were unable to sleep both nights.

Our bed was uncomfortable. That was the only thing about the room we didn't like. It was close to the Bold Center for our event.

Quick and easy access from the Hwy I stay here every few weeks and have found all the staff very pleasant and amicable Ample parking for any vehicle is a bonus as well Lac La Biche is a short drive away with places to eat and a supermarket
