40 minutes by road from the Arcachon basin, 1 hour from the tourist circuits of the great wines of the Médoc and 50 minutes from Bordeaux, a city listed as a World Heritage Site.

On the ground floor:
A bright living room, with a fully equipped kitchen (combined oven/microwave oven, induction hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, washer-dryer, etc.), a dining area (table and chairs and chair high for baby), and a lounge area with a convertible sofa that can accommodate 2 people to sleep (new and quality bedding of 140cm), furniture and TV.
