Disappointed with cleaning service. Asked front desk, to have room cleaned before going to a funeral When we returned to room later that evening, room service only changed the towels, didn't clean shower,sink or toilet. Also didn't make up the bed.

Okay so the outside of property looked great ! We go inside to check in and the lady smelled like marijuana and was kind of bland with us . Then we go inside to our room and discover the closet door off its hinges and there was cockroaches 😬👎 . The breakfasts was decent though . Also the cleanliness was a no go ! The toilet was really gross with pee and poop all over it . There was one lady durring the day who was super tremendous she told us about the beach and just was awesome to talk to !

Dirty sheets

We got in bed and realized the sheets were dirt- like a cruste on them. Not sure they were washed between stays. The front desk was very quick to switch our rooms without hassle. The next room had cleaner sheets but the bed spread was really stained. We just decided to let it go but I wouldn't stay there again.

The only reason any stars are given is for the kindness and customer service of one of the clerks. The room was not stocked well nor cleaned well. Hairs in shower/tub, toilet and surrounding areas. Trash under couch bed including an ice cream carton. I did mention it to staff and nothing was done about it. Breakfast was great, but won’t ever stay here again.

We had a one night stay before catching a flight out. Perfect location near the airport. Room was clean. I didn’t have breakfast but my husband said it was terrible: dry biscuits, fake bacon. He felt sick the rest of the day. Other than that we had a fantastic stay lol. Very friendly staff.
