The staff was friendly and reasonably efficient, but seemed short handed. Despite the highest of room rates (a football weekend), we received no room cleaning. We had to ask for towels and to at the front desk.

Very comfortable room with average service
Room was nice and spacious and very satisfactory. Room service is only provided every other day (which we were not informed about at check-in). A couple bottles of water are provided (after we asked for them) which is nice. Breakfast is supposed to run until 9. We showed up at 8:30 and there was very little left. We went earlier the next two days and there were more options.

Hotel itself was fine although digital key was not provided in the mobile app and the biggest problem was the $ cost price was ridiculous as nearly $700 after taxes for just 1 night at the hotel. Really feel like they are taking advantage of parents of Purdue students for family weekend with that extreme price point.
