Villa Margarita has everything required for a fun-packed family holiday and is conveniently situated within walking distance of bustling Carvoeiro with its lovely sandy beach, numerous shops and local produce market. Golf, tennis, horse riding, the Slide & Splash water park, and stunning beaches are within easy reach by car.

This amazing property has air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi and 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (1 double bedroom on the first floor, 1 twin and 1 double bedroom on the ground floor), as well as 4 bathrooms in total (3 en-suite and one guest W.C.). The first floor also includes a sunny balcony where you can enjoy a drink and take in the view.

On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave, dishes and utensils, toaster and refrigerator. The cosy living / dining room includes a TV, DVD player, and large sliding doors that lead out to the pool area.

Outside, the property is completely walled and fenced, affording good privacy. A spacious terrace surrounded by well-kept gardens provides a private, fenced and heatable swimming pool (heating available as an optional extra), with sun loungers which allow you to fully enjoy the Algarve sun, while the BBQ and outdoor dining area allows you to entertain family and friends with meals overlooking the swimming pool.

Villa Margarita is approximately a 10-minute walk into the town of Carvoeiro, where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, as well as the beautiful golden sandy Carvoeiro beach.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year:

From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night.
From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night.
This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
