The lady that checked me in didn’t tell me what I was eligible for and when I read her that I was VIP status she abruptly told me that she knew that, but didn’t tell me that involved. When I came back later, I read it as it talked about late check out, 10 discount card for the restaurant, and she said yes, I know, but she didn’t explain that to me and told me my check-in card is something I use for discount which was too late since I just ate lunch She told me I’m eligible for she didn’t tell me three hours earlier She wasn’t friendly nor she asked me how my travels were or tried to get some kindness in our conversation. So it wasn’t a language barrier as she spoke good English

We stayed for 2 nights in October. We loved staying here. For the price, the place was amazing. We essentially had a whole house to ourselves, so much space. The area was lovely, only traffic appeared to be other residents or groundskeepers. Parking right out front was a huge plus point too. We didn't swim in the pool, but only because we were busy, we had planned to and it looked lovely. We didn't eat at the restaurants either, but had planned to. We would highly recommend staying here and we plan to book another stay in the next few months! Staff were helpful and lovely, there seemed to be constant maintenance of the grounds/street happening, but not annoying or a nuisance in anyway. They clearly take pride in their appearances and it showed, as the place was a lovely place to be.

Upon arrival the townhouse had a welcome package which was great after our long flights? The resort had daily housekeeping which is normally weekly or once during a stay. Even the waste bins were emptied daily. Including the kitchen ones There was a good supply of washing pods for the washer and dishwasher replaced daily. The coffee maker had pods which were replaced as used. I normally have to buy these items. The staff were very helpful and curtious they organized our transfer from the airport and back again also organized a rental car. I would not hesitate to recommend this resort to anyone will definitely return.

Beautiful property, home away from home. Kitchen was very nice, upstairs living room a nice relaxing area. Heated pool! Great food at low cost and nice variety. Enjoyed their gym enough equipment of good quality and space. Would recommend you have a car, all attractions are close and free parking close to the boardwalk and coastline hikes. We would stay again! The nicest place we have stayed so far on our Portugal trip. Good value

This place is simply fantastic. A.luxury condo available on hotels.com. A lovely pool outside your patio door. A hot tub. In a private setting shared with a few other renters. Its.NOT a hotel, its an upscale townhome. Love it here.

This is the third time we have stayed here and we loved it again. We were in a different location this time opposite the restaurant - this was very useful on the last night when we ate there as it wasn't far back to the house! We didn't use the spa this time just because we weren't there as long if we had we would have been given a discount as you have to pay to use it unless you pay more for the accommodation initially. Would highly recommend.

This property was perfect for my little family! The room was clean and had lots of space! I loved having the pool so close for the baby. I didn’t realize how far the gym was from our room so that was the only down fall as i couldn’t use it. We loved the property and will be back!
