Beds are absolutely horrible, otherwise this place is fine for the price compared to other Ka’anapali resorts. Parking is free which is nice and a grocery store is across the street. The pool area is nice, however, it’s clearly posted chairs are not to be saved and towels will be moved within 30 minutes but all the chairs with umbrellas are saved before 7:00 without anyone out there.

The property is large and very clean. We were happy with our two bedroom suite although most of the resort could you use an update. Front desk staff was very friendly. Some staff were not friendly unfortunately. The pool was the perfect temperature and the beach was nice. Location is great for walking and close to a lot of amazing food trucks as there is not much food options onsite. Overall above average with needing updates and some of the customer service was questionable. Thank you for a nice stay

Lady Ann greeted us warmly and gave us the room we wanted with a fantastic ocean view overlooking the beach. She checked to see how our stay was going and see if we needed anything. We have stayed here on three separate times of year. We like the quiet beach with less people which is just steps outside. We have had turtles swimming here every time and even swam between us. What an experience! We watched whales from our linai, pool area, and beach. We are already planning our next visit.

This property is beautiful and great location. You have the beach at one end and the other are shops. The staff members are fantastic! Super helpful and nice. The gym facility is great. I would stay in this property again.

Good stay for a family with a toddler.

The Hilton Vacation Club was a good spot for our family trip with a 3 yr old. As others have said, it's a little dated looking (they have a DVD player where you can rent DVDs, but our room was very spacious and clean. There wasn't a sit down restaurant, just a grill that's open during the day time, not sure about night time. But there is free self-parking and the pool was great for our kiddo. They also offered free movies in a large theater during stormy days (though we didn't utilize this, but thought it was a nice touch).

Poor customer service when there is an issue

Booked a trip for our wedding anniversary and had plumbing issues in the room. Customer service was terrible as to how they handled it. We had an issue with an intermittent leaky toilet that kept making noise every 10-20 Minutes and we reported to the front desk after one night of disturbed sleep and they didn’t fix it after we reported it and after a whole day they didn’t fix it as issue was still there when we got back at 10pm at night and they couldn’t even offer us another room or do anything for us. Then I followed up with the manager the same evening after I checked out and flew back home and she basically said since the next guest didn’t report the issue there’s nothing she could do. Are you kidding me - does she think I was just making this up!!? Given I’m a loyal Hilton honors gold member I was very disappointed with how they handled the situation including the manager on site. Had to follow up with them multiple times to even get a response!! Terrible that they treat their loyal customers like that and definitely wouldn’t stay there if you expect good customer service
