Pool and hot tub and front desk check in staff were excellent! Concierge services not so much. Cost of food and frozen drinks ridiculous and way too expensive. Double what it should be and ruined the pool experience. Young girl at outdoor food area was rude and purposely didn’t call my number so food set out and got cold.

My wife and I (both 40 y.o.) spent a week here during our first trip to Hawaii and had a wonderful time. Being a good hour from the airport could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your personal perspective. I thought it was situated in a nice area with a great beach, lots of waves. There are many good places to eat nearby and the poolside kitchen was also convenient and tasty. The suites are big and feel reasonably up to date. Overall great experience.

Visited Maui for the first time with my family. The kids loved the pool at all hours of the day and evening. The pool area bar was awesome and the on site food market place had great food when we didn’t want to leave the resort after a busy day. All staff were very accommodating and helpful. The thing I liked best was the comfort of the beds, a proper LARGE tub and the suite was big! Felt like old times when rooms weren’t so freaking small! LOVED it and will stay again!

Very spacious room, everything was clean, beach was lovely, pools and hot-tubs were large and clean, everyone was friendly. Loses a star due to lack of food options and dates decor, but Hilton is renovating now. All in all a great experience especially for the price.

Our suite was huge and had everything we needed! Toaster, fridge, microwave, coffee, dishes. Loved sitting on the balcony every morning and evening! Took the grandkids to make a candy lei and played ping pong with them. The pools were wonderful and it was right on the beach!!! We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is well kept and very clean. However considering the amount of money that they charge the hotel is outdated. The room are very spacious but they need to replace new appliances, new bathroom doors. Everything seems like in late 1990’s to early 2000’s. Staff are very helpful and approachable. The amenities are great.

I cannot believe this is a Hilton property. I expected different standards. The property is very old and it doesn't look like it has been well maintained. The food choices were very limited and we had to go out to find food. It is really an ugly property that doesn't match the price we paid. The staff was very friendly.
