I paid an extra $20 for a 2 hour late check out, the staff was outside the room for a half an hour before check out knocking on the door and waiting for me to leave. Kind of rude when I paid the extra $20.

Good for the night.
Unfortunately there were a lot of things that needed to be fixed. Peeling ceiling, baseboard in bathroom peeled away from wall. Water stains everywhere. There was also an incredibly heavy smoke smell throughout the hallway the could easily be smelled in the room. Later on in the night someone began smoking marijuana because that became an even more pungent smell that woke us while sleeping. Hotel was picked out of convenience but definitely needs some updating.

Daily room service did not change bed linen. After witnessing my bed linen, not being changed a walk through the halls to see if other rooms were getting the bed change and to my surprise there was no fresh linens on the carts.This place is ran down.

The bed was great, the second sink leaked, you heard doors slam when other clients just let the door close, carpeting was very dusty on the stairs. Needs a second waffle iron & more choice of fruit would be appreciated. Overall was good, but could be better. Our room decor was a bit dated, the office chair was broken.

Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was lacking, but had acceptable drinks. However, I requested a non-smoking suite- but the entire hallway we were in and had to walk through, reeked of cigarette smoke throughout our stay. Other rooms were leaving their door open and openly smoking cigarettes. I understand there's a charge for rooms smelling of smoke, but unless my room was a non-smoking room in the middle of smoking rooms, and the fact that it was ongoing for 3 days with no repercussion, was frustrating.

Coffee, juice, and waffle maker are out of order. No sign that it was out of order. I had to advise the receptionist at the front desk. I paid $200 USD for one night stay and very disappointed in terms of breakfast food. Coffee and juice are the most important for breakfast and the machines are not functional.

This is an old building poorly maintained, toilet almost clogged, shower curtain leaking water into the floor, I amost slipped and fell. Breakfast with limited options and with very little time frame on a Sunday (from 600am to 9am). Also the lady the checked me in with very questionable customer service skills.
