Clean but…
The condo was very clean, but we found a dead roach the first day. Also, the hida-bed couch in the living room was horribly uncomfortable. Our guests had to rent another condo! Loved the rotary park and beach for handicapped right down to the water!

Updated, clean, minute from the London bridge.
Unit was exceptional! It was very clean, had everything I needed and check in was super easy. It was very modern aslo (updated appliances, tiled shower, laundry in unit etc). The communication was also great. Any question I had was answered over text in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking.

Perfection
The condo was spotless and absolutely adorable. An easy walk to a great park and the beach, and the bridge was not too far to walk either. The condo had everything we needed and was nice and quiet in the evenings. Close to awesome hiking in several locations. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The path along the channel makes a nice easy short run. We hope to come back next year.

Great Location
The size of the condo is just about right for 2 adults and it is in a great location to walk to Rotary Park and several restaurants. It’s a great location for driving in Havasu, too. The pool and hot tub area is nice and easy to walk to from the condo. They also offer activities on Friday nights that visitors are invited to go to - just check the bulletin board by the mailboxes. This condo has an RO water system which was a big plus to us. On the downside, more specific directions need to be given for the condo location specifically for those guests arriving at night. It was rather unnerving to have to go searching around corners using your phone as a flashlight. It was helpful to have the actual phone number for a contact if needed. The parking is a bit tight and we didn’t appreciate snide comments from a grumpy neighbor. Apparently, he thought we should park in the guest parking area. If that would help keep the peace maybe suggest that in your notes. Maybe we are just Old School but it would help if the unit had some type of cable TV for local TV. And /or give better directions on the use of the TVs. It would also be helpful if there was more of a variety of dishes and better pots & pans with lids. It was great that you provided pool towels but more regular bath towels need to be provided. With all that being said, we would probably stay there again - that’s the deal with rentals you never know what you are going to get!

Great location!
This place was perfect for our boating trip. The location is convenient. The condo has a very comfortable bed and it was clean. Parking was easy. There was even extra guest parking for other friends right outside the front door.

Loved the location, lots to do, pickleball, corn hole, bocce, easy walk to the bridge, Safeway and many restaurants. Disappointed hot tub wasn't working for the entire 2 weeks and pool down for 4 days otherwise excellent vacation!!

Spotless and convenient
My wife is a bit of a clean freak. She was very impressed and instructed me to make sure and leave a good review regarding our stay. It was great, and yes, it was clean. It's also located close to everything you want to see and do in Lake Havasu, however it's far enough away that it was quiet at night. Reserved parking is right outside the door, and the pool is very nice. There's a Chevron with a great deli just outside the property, highly recommend the breakfast burritos. This was our first rental with VRBO, and it was all around a great experience. This was far superior to staying at a hotel. We will be back to this location next year, and will be using VRBO frequently. Thanks for the good times!

Memorial weekend get away
Cute cozy condo!! Great for a weekend get away trip, easy location in LH and local social area's. The owner's were easy to keep in touch with and sending greetings on day of arrival. Loved the plush white towels for the bathroom, King size bed was cozy. We will book again when back in LH.

This property was great :) my two friends, my pup and I all stayed here together and it was perfect! Close to beaches and great new places to eat! Also super close to the London Bridge. If I go back I'd definitely stay here again.

Great place; expensive cleaning/management fees
No problems with the unit. Many properties now seem to charge astronomical cleaning fees and management fees, plus tax.
