Check in was easy, room was clean and fresh smelling, breakfast was good with a lot of choices and good location. Only issue was you could hear every footsteps from the room upstairs and was very loud when the water was running upstairs.

Nice staff, clean facility. The room was clean and comfortable, AC worked great, and a bit noisy. Room needed a bit of maintenance. Overall, very pleasant stay, would stay again.

Heidi at the front desk is wonderful. She makes you feel welcome and makes check in easy. I stay here when in town and the Italian restaurant behind them is a short walk for amazing food.

nice hotel in good location. The best surprise about this place was the italian restaurant across the parking lot. I was one of the best restaurants we have ever tried. stay here just so you can eat at this restaurant.

Clean Cool And Quiet
Check in was very fast. They had my info from my check in online. She handed my keys and said that was it! Had a view of the water, room 219. Room was clean, the AC worked awesome on a 124° weather. The water pressure was bad one night but not the other. Not sure why. If the tv screen goes black, just turn the tv on and back off and it works again. Really close to London Bridge (walking distance) for a comfortable clean place to sleep without being disturbed, this is your place to stay. Not fancy. Just a good night sleep.

Booked because there were rooms with 3 beds - perfect for our family of 6. Room was very large, and we appreciated full size refridgerator. When I filtered to hotels with pools this one was in results on expedia, but did NOT have a pool - maybe pool table flags this?? Was disappoibting for kids after a long day of travel. Pump spouts were broken off shampoo and conditioner in shower, so couldn't use these. Breakfast offerings would have been fine but despite not being overly busy, many things were out and not refilled while we were there.
