This was a great stay right near lake Louise! Highly recommend if you plan on waking up early and parking by the lake!

They offered great breakfast. Most importantly, the breakfast opening time was early enough to allow me to catch up on a park shuttle over the ski area at 6:30 without skipping the breakfast. With a little practice, I managed to complete my breakfast within 15min. The hot tub was very nice. The location is very convenient to visit Lake Louise. I visited Lake Louise three times (sunrise, sunset, and northern light) within a day.

Greast stay!! They don’t have AC units in all the rooms so if you are traveling during a heatwave then make sure you book a higher priced room with an AC in it. Otherwise perfect location and very helpful staff.

Fabulous location, use route 11 shuttle to Lake Louise for $2 each way and available to hotel guests staying in town. Short 2-3 min walk to stop. Hotel warm and welcoming, staff wonderful and can’t do enough for you, they are a wealth of information. Room modern and clean. Plenty parking and great breakfast.

Shiela at the front desk checked us in quick. Kevin did great refreshing our rooms. Centrally located to stay 3 nights to see YOHO, Banff, 7 minutes drive to Herbert Lake to see aurora lights and 8 minutes drive to Lake Louise parking for sunrise shuttle pick up. Full hot breakfast was really good too.

Quiet modern room with a deep tub for soaking after long hikes. Breakfast was great. Bus stop and restaurants next door. Bed was comfortable and staff was very helpful answering our questions. I wish we'd booked a longer stay.
