I absolutely love this hotel in South Lake Tahoe. I’ve stayed here several times and I am never disappointed. This hotel continues to stay clean, offering free coffee and tea, and the friendliest staff. This hotel is located next to several shopping and eats in a walkable distance. I will continue to book my stay at this hotel everytime I visit Tahoe.

This is a fairly basic hotel. Seems ready for a refresh. Simple amenities, with the pluses being: good WiFi, generous amount of good towels and good shower. The free coffee was not very good with non-dairy creamer packs only. The beds were clean but well-worn. Would return if the price is right…

Honestly I got a room here strictly for the jacuzzi, I got the king deluxe spa and enjoyed it very very much. Parking is free and the staff up front at check in were very friendly! Was also a plus that it was snowing and so beautiful and peaceful. I’ll definitely be coming back

The staff was very pleasant Howe the room was smelling strong mildew and mold. The room drain were full of hairs, it was really disappointing and disgusting. No one obviously check the rooms before selling them. We will never return. Only positive side is the location walkable everywhere and the bed was comfortable.
