We stayed one night and would recommend this place. Unlike other air conditioners that are very loud, this one was very quiet when it ran. The room was very spacious with a king size bed, couch, chair, desk and 2 tv's. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. We'll come back again.

For a best western this was very nice. actually it was billed as Best Western Plus. These are better and this was quite nice overall. The shower head was too low for a tall person. The heat lamp did not work. The breakfast was very good. It was a little low on ports, in fact there were no ports.

Always have a nice stay at Best Western. Clean, lovely staff and good breakfast. Good value for price. Just wish the bed was a bit firmer and shower had a shelf to put your toiletries.

Wonderful gem of a hotel.
Wonderful place to stay. We went there because it was next to Magic and Wonder Dinner Theater. It far exceeded our expectations. Staff was super accomodating. Pools ( indoor and outdoor), room, facilities, and breakfast were all top notch. We will be back next time we go anywhere near Lancaster!

The front desk staff was a bit standoffish a couple of different times, acting bothered or even rude. The cleaning staff seemed great. It was great to have two pools and a hot tub. It was nice to have a great Amish restaurant option right on the property, and the staff there was very nice. I did not like the beds at all, and my back hurt through the two day stay. They are at the same time too firm (for me) and have a dip in the middle. But the overall property and rooms are very nice.

After several trips to this area to see plays at Sight & Sound, I stayed here for the first time and will definitely come again! Location is convenient and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Slept great because there was no road noise!

My family and I were really pleased with this hotel. The check in staff were really nice and met our needs right away. Our room was pretty decent in size, clean and well maintained. The only thing I noticed right when I walked into the room was the smell of humidity but I always carry room spray so that was an easy fix and I also noticed a few stains on the rug but that’s unavoidable. I’d say the place could use some remodeling since the wall paper design looked out dated but overall it was a pretty clean and descent property to stay at. And also the breakfast was pretty good too. We’d stay here again. ☺️
