Affordable place to stay and clean as well. However, a drunk man was yelling, crying, and tried to open my door one night. When I made the front desk aware I was told that someone is going to be sent up to give him a warning and there's no issue. That made me feel uneasy because it was very much an issue and I felt scared and had trouble sleeping that night.

Monica was amazing! She was so nice and always with a smile! Pool wasn’t heated nor was the pool room. Jacuzzi wasn’t working. The plumbing wasn’t working correctly in our room. The chair had a 6in nail sticking out of it which my daughter scraped herself on. Overall it was a nightmare.

Hotel was average for comfort. Deadbolt on door did not work and room was dirty. Hairs in shower and random change was found about the room. Pool was freezing cold and we were told that someone would come to look at it because the heater was malfunctioning. Hopefully with the refurbishment it will improve.

Close to the highway. Centrally located. The breakfast was sufficient. Only 1 flavor of yogurt. I’ve noticed that at comfort inns! Kitchen staff and front desk friendly. I personally like the sink outside the bathroom. Would stay here again.

They also had an area for smoking with a bench far from the door. I don't smoke and so I appreciated that people are not standing by the door to smoke. Also, I'm sure the smokers appreciate a place to sit down.

Cleanliness was questionable - there was a false eyelash over the shampoo bottle from previous quest. The room was sloppy renovate, the pool area was COLD, the pool water absolutely freezing, the hot tub was covered and out of order, room was very noisy from trafic and you can hear guests talking. The staff didn't assist when asked about a roll away bed. We would not stay there again.

I was staying at this property because it had a hot tub, only to fine out when we arrived that it has been broken for sometime. There were signs around stating they were renovating but we seen no signs of renovation going on. The drains were draining VERY slowly, for a 15 min shower took over 30 mins to drain. I would not stay here again
