Pleasantly surprised will be back
The check in process was smooth, staff is friendly and very professional. Pleasantly surprised that someone decided carpet in a smoking room is not a good idea. This helps keep the room clean and smelling nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will stay there again.

Staff was friendly, check in was fast, room was clean and comfortable, and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The only negative is the amount of drug addicts and homeless, but that's no fault of the motel. Overall a great stay for a good price.

The staff and manager gave excellent service. It was easy to have my question answered and they are well informed on the services offered by the motel. The went above and beyond their duty to provide a room in a timely matter. I couldn't be more happier with my stay here in this city.

It was next to an abandoned motel with homeless all around. I booked a smoke free room but was given a smoking room. When i asked to switch, i was told that it wasnt possible. I asked for a refund and i was again, told that it wasnt possible....terrible experience

Pool wasn’t even water it was just straight chlorine. I didn’t even open my eyes underneath the water and my eyes were burning to the point I had to take myself to the ER to get checked out. And I was barely in there for not even five minutes. My kids eyes were red for a week
