Upon arrival the place was well decorated and bright in the room. However, the place was dirty and loud. The bathtub and wall had dirt and hair in it and there was a dirty washcloth hanging on the the curtain rod. The floor was dirty and sandy. The wall between the adjacent unit was very thin and the refrigerator was very loud. The TV was very small compared to the room. We did like being able to see the planes and helicopter land right near by. The grounds were very nice.

We used this motel many times years ago. It was always a nice place. This time, it was bad. I booked a king bed suite. This was the first time that I was away from my special needs child in 10 years. This was a special occasion for me. When we arrived, we had to call a call center. The person that handled us was very hard to understand. She wouldn’t give us a king room. So I asked for a refund of a night if she wouldn’t give us a king bed. Of course she refused. She did give us the room that we had already paid for. Well, the towels had holes in them. We had to go to target and get toilet paper because there wasn’t any. The refrigerator made a horrible noise and neither one of us could sleep. The bed was hard and the pillows, well, I should have bought some when I went to target. Oh! And get this! The call center said that there weren’t any king beds available. We were the only car in the lot for 2 days! I’m really disappointed and feel like we were really taken advantage of. This was to be a time away to rest and rejuvenate to be able to be a better caregiver. Instead, it was stressful and a huge disappointment.

Rooms were newly refurbished, Quiet two rooms per cottage. Refrigerator nade noise, so they moved us to the nexdoor room, coffee pot didn't work.

our cottage was clean and spacious but no place to hang clothes. daughter had another cottage with an armoire for clothes. one shade was broken but it was in a window near ceiling so no one could see in. the water pressure was low but adequate. the site was within 3 miles of most everything we wanted to do. didn't like having no one on site to assist but overall this is a good place to stay - quiet, spacious, all amenities you need.

We loved the layout of the room and it was so clean! We were sad that the mattresses weren’t very comfortable—we didn’t sleep well and woke up with backaches. So bummed because we loved everything else about this place.

It was great! Super clean rooms! After a full day of shopping it’s nice to be able to park right outside your door and take all your goodies in to reorganize!!
