ADA room (that was not requested) did not have counter space or soap holder in bathroom. No toilet seat cover. Extremely noisy hotel. Room not cleaned if left the do not disturb sign up until 10am. Breakfast offering was good. Front desk staff was not accommodating.

Stayed here for a weekend trip for a wedding, It was quite nice and the rooms were cleaned upon arriving, the shower pressure was a very nice touch, the two lady’s at front desk were nice as well. The power did go out for a moment but it was very early in the morning, besides that I had a good time. Hopefully I can come back to take a dip in the pool!

We enjoyed the stay at the Sure Stay-Elizabethtown as we were there for the State Senior bowling tournament. Staff was helpful with local restaurants pointing the way to the excellent Gus's. Rooms were great, the only low side was the height of the toilet in the bathroom. . really low. Otherwise excellent!

Breakfast was top notch. Every staff member was pleasant, helpful and smiling. Pool was nice. Room was clean and in great condition. There was an odor in the room though. Could've been mold or old smoke but definitely noticeable. Didn't ruin the stay and if I had the energy I might've requested another room but it was tolerable.

Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. The breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve had at a free breakfast hotel. The ladies serving breakfast were very very nice and efficient even serving breakfast at 6:30 AM on a Sunday. The hotel itself is a little rundown but Clean. My bed was very comfortable and I slept well.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had in a hotel. The room smelled horrible, like wet moldy dog. It was incredibly noisy, both from the nearby freeway, the parking lot (cars parked right up against the windows) and people next to and above slamming doors and thumping around at all hours. I requested a room change the next morning but the room we were put in smelled worse, and the construction dust would’ve prevented us from opening the window. The front desk person was visibly annoyed when I said I would stay in our original room. I took the lesser of two terrible rooms. The second night I was greeted by running roaches when I went to the bathroom. Disgusting.

We were quite disappointed with this stay. The room was smaller than expected, the bathroom was TINY- it was hard to even close the door behind you because of how small it was. The bathtub dripped water, and there were cobwebs all over the bathroom. They are pet friendly, but we were still charged a fee for our ESA although that should have waived any pet fees. We signed a form agreeing to keep her on leash at all times, but encountered other dogs more than once running down the halls and outside off leash (also in front of employees who said nothing even after one of them rushed at my dog). The fire pit outside did not work, and although we (and other guests) were told they would have someone down to fix it the first day we stayed, it was still not fixed by the time we left. Overall fairly disappointing stay and we likely would NOT recommend this hotel.
