Great for the price. Staff was helpful and our room was clean. Pool and hot tub area very clean. The room was fine and odor free. The second floor hallway had a slight odor, but not bad enough to lower the rating. Breakfast was good. We left happy.

Not a pleasant stay

Overall the lobby, kitchen area and room were noticeably clean. Most of the staff were pleasant however there were others who where viewed as displeased with our arrival as minority visitors. My colleague and I traveled to the area to participate in a 4 day training, but decided to leave early due to the uncomfortable air and unspoken behaviors of some employees. Given the pungent smell in the area, there appeared to be a humidifier in the room. After the second day it stopped working and we had to empty out the accumulated water in the tank. Also after the first day, a request for housekeeping was made. Despite housekeeping noting they cleaned the room, no one visited to provide a change of towels or change the linens. We were highly disappointed in our stay at this Best Western and an email was forwarded to management as a result.
