The furniture was in bad condition , the bed was hard also found a roach in the room. The hotel was a non smoking hotel but it smelled nasty like we€d. Overall it was expensive to stay in the conditions we stayed in.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Our issues were the cleanliness of the room(s). The first room smelled horrible. The second room had an odor but not as bad as the first room. The mattress was stained and had no mattress cover. Floors were dirty. Bathroom/ tub was dirty. Again, the staff was great but the actual room itself wasn’t clean at all.

Staff were friendly esp. Hyacinth. Bed was comfortable and lots of pillows. What I didn't like is Breakfast was the same everyday (scrambled eggs & sausage) room was outdated. Needs new paint and new carpet. Limited channels on TV.

Decent Stay but needs to be better
The hotel system was down for about 1 hour which delayed my check-in. I was annoyed with that inconvenience. The room has AC but no central air, so it was cool in one direction but not throughout the room. The bathroom was disappointing, mostly the tub/shower need renovation. The coach & single seat was not comfortable, felt like sitting on the floor. However, the bed was comfortable & I like that the room has a microwave & refrigerator.
